Welcome to Week #2


Welcome to Week #2. Hope everyone survived their first week back. I think we were all in the same boat and had some very sore muscles – but that’s not a bad thing. They are just letting us know that they have not been used in a while!

Just a reminder to let me know in advance if you are not able to attend your regular scheduled class for that week. You can always jump into another class, but check in with me first. Don’t forget to check emails on a regular basis, as this is how I will communicate with you.
