Looking for something new and exciting to try this fall? How about combining something more rhythmic, dance and fitness inspired all at the same time, along with our usual class offerings. We are introducing new classes by two amazing instructors Danielle Newall & Natalie Wittek!
Danielle is offering POUND® and exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements! It uses Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks, engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
Natalie is offering Zumba! Join her for a party every week. This workout is like no other! You’ll learn key moves, repetitive patterns, and routines that you can have fun doing each time you’re together. It’s by doing these moves over and over again that you can ditch the workout and just have fun! Music from Latin America, and todays current hit list will move us to party and get that cardio workout in.
