W.O.W. – 45 Minute Class
THURSDAYS – 6:15 – 7:00AM
The W.O.W is a combination of body weight, cardiovascular, and functional strength training exercises. Each participant works at their own level of fitness. This class offers you a wide variety of class styles including hi/low impact (with or without bounce), cardio kickboxing, step, and timed cardio bursts performed in a strategic manner. If you are someone who loves variety then you will love the spontaneity of this class. This class is designed for those who have been fitness levels in mind. Come out, get motivated and add some variety to your workout!
