Total Body Blast – 45 Minute Class

Get ready to sweat! This class is full of cardio intervals, circuits and drills designed to get your heart rate up! It will be the class you love to hate. This creative class is designed to maximize your cardio workout by challenging each person to maintain a medium-high intensity pace. This great workout focuses on both the small and large muscle groups. Classes may have different formats, but can include either interval or continuous cardio (possibly utilizing sport moves) and strength moves for every major muscle group including core and balance exercises.
