Relax & Stretch – 1 Hour Class (Thursdays)
THURSDAYS – 6:45-7:45PM
This class is for those who want to improve their overall flexibility, relieve the day’s stress and leave feeling relaxed. This class focuses on basic stretching techniques, giving the full body time to release and lengthen but does not specifically follow the Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar or Vinyasa principles. Bands and or yoga straps are provided to increase your flexibility and deepen the stretch. The perfect way to “start or end” your day.
