This workout is designed to tone, strengthen, and define every major muscle group in your body using a variety of strength, power and endurance techniques and principles. This class will incorporate stability balls, bands, free weights, bars and body weight exercises. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to your body can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you workout and at rest. No muscle gets neglected in this class!
