Circuit Training (BEGINNER) – 45 Minute Class
WEDNESDAYS – 6 :45-7 :30PM
Circuit training (Beginner) is similar to the advanced class as far as format and class design. In this class though, there will be less working time at each station with longer breaks between stations, therefore, giving you more recovery time. This class is not as fast paced as the advanced class and each station will focus on one muscle group, rather than multiple muscles groups, therefore expending less energy, so as to not fatigue as quickly. Nonetheless, this class will still make you sweat, work hard and give you a full body workout!
