Baby Boomers – 1 Hour Class
TUESDAYS – 9:30 – 10:30AM
Geared to the baby boomer who has been exercising for a while or getting back into fitness after some time. This gentle to moderate fitness class will feature cardiovascular & muscle conditioning followed by core strengthening exercises with a short stretch to finish. This class uses stability balls, weights, steps, gliders and bender balls to assist in making the class fun and motivating, with lots of variety with every class.
