Geared to the baby boomer who has been exercising for a while or just getting back into fitness after some time. This gentle to moderate fitness class will include cardiovascular & muscle conditioning segments followed by core strengthening exercises with a short stretch to finish. This class uses stability balls, weights, steps, gliders and bender balls to assist in making the class fun and motivating, with lots of variety in every class to incorporate a full body workout.
This class will not run for the fall season.
Circuit Training – Beginner
Similar to the advanced class, as far as format and class design, with longer breaks between stations, therefore, giving you more recovery time. This class is not as fast paced as the advanced class and each station will focus on one muscle group, rather than multiple muscle groups, therefore expending less energy, so as to not fatigue as quickly. Nonetheless, this class will still make you sweat, work hard and give you a full body workout!
This class will not run for the fall season.

II truly appreciate having Hope Robbins as part of my ‘healthy lifestyle journey’. I have participated in Hope’s personal training services at her home gym, purchased and utilize her workout videos that I can do at my home, as well I just completed a fantastic Facebook 8 week Spring into Summer weight loss program with great success. As I work through my every day I often think of the Challenge and everything I’ve learned in such a short period of time. All very simple processes that basically bring us back to the true reality of what you put into your body will reflect positively both internally and externally. Signing up for the Spring into Summer challenge was one of the best things I did for myself this year. It helped to redirect my eating habits and focus on my fitness. The only way I’ve had success in the past is through accountability: the online challenges and Facebook group not only provided that to me, but it became a place of positive reinforcement and massive amounts of support from the other members. Hope made it fun!
