Run

Join me for an early morning run to beat the heat! These runs are for people who already have a comfortable 5K base and are looking to push themselves a little bit further. Runs will vary from 35-45 mins in length doing anywhere from 5-7K. Meeting location will be somewhere in the west end, utilizing different paths, trails and road.

Aquafit

Join me for an hour Aquafit class in a heated pool located at 582 Lily Lake Road. We will do some shallow and deep water exercises, with pool noodles available to ease your comfort in deep water if you like. We will use different pieces of equipment in the pool such as gliders and bender balls to get a more sufficient and challenging workout.

Bike Ride

Join me for a 60-75min bike ride through some of the beautiful paths and trails of Peterborough. We will meet at different locations each ride to vary our routes. We will be staying mainly off the roads to ensure a safe ride for everyone’s comfort level. Rides will be steady and strong at an intermediate level.

SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard)

This will be done at Little Lake right beside the Silver Bean located on the Millennium Path behind the MNR building. I am happy to drive if you would like to meet at my house first. It will be an hour and a half, as I will give you some instruction first and go over the basics. We will talk about safety, kneeling and standing, how to turn properly, and how to enter and exit the board, as well as positioning and different ways you can use the boards. Then we will venture out around Little Lake. It’s beautiful under the fountain! This is for anyone and everyone. You can make the workout as hard as you like or just coast along. I will have you feeling comfortable on the board in no time!

Yoga on Your Paddleboard

Stand Up Paddle Boarding and SUP Yoga with Grace Fit with Hope Robbins and YogAdventures.

Calm waters, warm breezes, and the sun on your skin, moving to the soundtrack of birds singing and gentle waves lapping…..ahhh warm summer days on the water. Come paddle and play with us!
1hr of paddle with instruction and 1hr of SUP Yoga on our floating studio.

I will teach you how to launch, kneel, stand, paddle in a straight line, turn, and give various tips to assist with balance. We’ll then tether to our floating yoga studio for an hour of gentle flow with breath. Connecting with nature, enjoying focused tranquility and ending with the ultimate floating shavasana.

Beginner to Advanced. All are encouraged and welcome. Modifications always offered to ensure a fun yet challenging experience for everyone! *No previous SUP or yoga experience necessary

*Boards and all equipment supplied. We use only premium Jimmy Lewis and Focus Hawaii paddle boards, ensuring utmost stability and pleasure!

Vision Board Workshop

“A vision board, is a physical representation of what we wish to manifest, or bring about in our lives.  I’ve had great results with boards I have created in the past, and I find them to be therapeutic, and most important – fun! With some guided meditation to start off, the real fun begins when you get the scissors and glue in your hands and let that inner child of yours out to play for an evening”!
All you need to bring are two magazines, a current photo of yourself for the board, and leave all hesitation behind!  There is really no set method in doing these, and it’s best to not start with any preconceived intentions. All other supplies needed will be included in the price, and available for you at the workshop.
