Group Fitness Classes

GraceFit by Hope offers a variety of group fitness classes that consist of cardiovascular training, core strength training as well as muscle conditioning. We don’t just teach, we inspire. GraceFit is there to motivate and challenge the participant while providing a safe, effective and fun class. A variety of group classes are offered welcoming all ages and levels of participants. Modifications are shown throughout the class for increasing or decreasing the level of intensity. GraceFit always leaves the participant looking forward to their next class!

Fall Group Classes begin September 10th and run until December 14th
There will be NO CLASSES running on Monday, October 8th for Thanksgiving.

Zumba

My name is Natalie Wittek, and I have a passion to MOVE! I love sharing Zumba with others and fostering a fun, motivational, effective workout, and for me Zumba is the key!

This workout is like no other! And the best part is…..you don’t have to be an expert to do it! We’ll learn key moves, repetitive patterns, and routines that we can have fun doing each time we’re together. Music from Latin America, and todays current hit list will move us to party and get that cardio workout in. People often say to me “ that’s too high impact for me”, “or I can’t dance!”…..let me reassure you this class is for all levels. “Ditch the workout, join the party!”

Get ready to sweat! A high intensity ‘Boot Camp’ class that you love to hate. This class is full of cardio intervals, circuits and drills designed to get your heart rate up!

This creative class is designed to maximize your cardio workout by challenging you to maintain a medium-high intensity pace. This great workout focuses on both the small and large muscle groups simultaneously. Classes have different formats, but can include either intervals or continuous cardio (possibly utilizing sport moves) and strength moves including core and balance exercises with different timing formats.

Join Total Body Blast

W.O.W.
(Workout of the Week)

The ‘W.O.W.’ is a combination of body weight, cardiovascular, and functional strength training exercises. This class offers you a wide variety of class styles rotating through low impact cardio, cardio kickboxing, step & weights, and cardio/strength timed intervals (3/2/1 style).

If you are someone who loves variety then you will love the spontaneity of this class. You work at their own fitness level, keeping in mind, this class is designed for those who have been exercising for a while and want to work hard. Not as intense as “Total Body Blast”, as there will be modifications for each exercise, but still be prepared to sweat! Come out, get motivated and add some variety to your workout!

Join W.O.W

Circuit Training

This class is a great workout incorporating a series of exercise stations performed in rotation with minimal rest between stations, often using different pieces of equipment.

It targets strength building, muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and core strength building exercises all in one circuit. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of 10 stations. In an advanced circuit class, the time between exercises is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. This creative class will work a variety of muscles in your body and make you sweat.

Balance your fitness routine with a class dedicated to muscle strength and endurance. This workout is designed to tone, strengthen, and define every major muscle group in your body using a variety of strength, power and endurance techniques and principles.

A class for those in their ‘Golden Years’ with a zest for life and a pep in their step.
This is a class designed for those who are still active and looking to celebrate their “golden years” healthy and strong.

This class uses stability balls, gymsticks and light hand weights to improve and maintain your bone density, while assisting with balance and flexibility. If you have made the commitment to become more active or improve your general health in your later years, then this is the class for you!!

Join Active Plus

Relax & Stretch

This class is for those who want to improve their overall flexibility, relieve the day’s stress, unwind after a busy day and leave feeling totally relaxed. This class focuses on basic stretching techniques, giving the full body time to release and lengthen.

Each stretch or pose will be held for a minimum of 3 minutes and is similar to a YIN Yoga class but does not specifically follow the Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar or Vinyasa principles. Yoga straps and bender balls will be provided for each participant to assist with results. Bring your cozy blanket and enjoy 60 minutes of total relaxation. The perfect way to end your day!

Cardio, Core & More

Have fun in this high energy, high intensity, cardio and core workout! Specifically designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stability. This class is designed for all fitness levels, as modifications will be shown throughout the class. This workout is done primarily using your own body weight with no equipment necessary.
