After only 3 months of personal training and 2 months of group classes with Hope, I’m absolutely hooked on this new healthy living lifestyle at GraceFit. Hope’s welcoming and encouraging atmosphere has helped me regain focus in my life, strengthen my body and mind, and improved my overall health. I look forward every day to challenging my body in new and fun ways, doing exercises I would have never thought I was capable of. Now, Hope knows my body better than I do, and see is able to encourage me to achieve the best version of myself. From kickboxing, weight training to old fashion step classes, my athleticism is only continuing to grow each and every session with Hope. A year ago I had a full hip replacement at 46. I struggled with my mobility prior to surgery and most definitely afterwards. I turned to Hope Robbins for personal training because I knew that if anyone could help – it would be Hope️. Not only is Hope knowledgeable and passionate about health & wellness , but she is one of the kindest, most compassionate and empowering people I know.
