Personal Training – 45 minute session

• Accountability and support each time you attend
• Regular monitoring and revisions made to program to help you achieve goals and keep the body challenged at all times
• Constant review of proper form and technique
• Ongoing goal setting
• Fitness challenges optional
• New exercises introduced on a regular basis to avoid boredom and keep you motivated at all times
