Hope Robbins knows first-hand the obstacles women face in fighting weight battles. Hope has successfully lost 75lbs through sheer determination, healthy eating, and a passion for exercise.

Hope has successfully completed an Applied Nutrition Course, a Naturopathic Nutrition Course and the Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist Certification through the Canfit Pro Organization. Hope also continues to further her knowledge and stay up to date on the latest trends every year when attending the annual CanFit Pro Conference, as well as continued education through reading, and attending on-going seminars and lectures.
